Adult Classes

Want to try the ultimate martial art for all-round fitness?

World Ju-Jitsu Ireland offers you a fantastic all-round aerobic and anaerobic workout, and also helps to develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination. In our classes, we'll give you the opportunity to train with some of the best instructors in the country you will work though a series of belt tests designed to develop your skills and enhance your mind, body and spirit.

We use a mixture of pad work, punching and kicking, self defence drills and exercises to increase fitness and wellbeing.

We want to inspire you to be come fitter fast, and stronger mentally physically and emotionally.

A typical adult class lasts 90 minutes

  • 15minute – warm-up
  • 10 minutes - punching and kicking on pads
  • 15 minute interest work
  • 30 minutes - Syllabus
  • 10 minutes – ground work
  • 10 minutes cool down
